Summary of our Goals: 

1. Enhance the documents to support transparency and accountability of Rental Properties by providing the association tangible oversight and enforcement options.

​

2. Provide more flexibility for homeowners when it comes to use of Garages. 

​

3. Allows the Cove or Enclave to independently change rules that apply to them specifically by a 51 percent approval of the homes in those sections respectively. It also clarifies community wide quorum and amendment change minimums to a quorum majority of at least 220 lots.

ONLY ONE VOTE IS NEEDED AND IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED, THERE IS NO NEED TO RESUBMIT. BALLOTS ARE VALID UNTILL NOVEMBER 10, 2026 AT THE NEXT AVAILABLE NOTICED MEETING. REGARDLESS OF OUTCOME VOTING WILL BE CONSIDERED COMPLETED WITH AT LEAST RECEIPT OF 250 VALID BALLOTS. TO PASS, 220 LOTS MUST APPROVE EACH PROPOSED AMENDMENT.
