The pool is under 24 hour surveillance and access control. Failure to comply with all published rules may result in suspension of pool access, fines, and/or trespass charges as appropriate when determined by any authorized person acting on behalf of the property owner (the CDD).

No person under 16 shall be in the gated amenity without an adult physically present in the area. 

​

Parties within or decorating of any part of the pool area is strictly prohibited except when expressly authorized for an authorized community-wide and advertised event.

No Drug/Smoking/Alcohol is permitted at any time. 

​

No E-Bikes, Scooters or other electric powered vehicles are permitted within the pool area.
