To regulate common areas and major assets of the community, a Community Development District (CDD) was formed. While the HOA is an association of our owners focused on individual lots, the CDD operates as would a branch of local government with strict procedures that the board must follow in the operation of our community. These procedures ensure transparent, ethical and fair practices for all parties involved. This entity is professionally managed by Matthew O'Nolan of Rizzetta.

CDD fees are paid through your property tax bill.
