2026 BUDGET APPROVED COMMUNITY WIDE/OCTOBER 15, 2025 At the recent board meeting the board of directors approved the budget for 2026 and provided direction to Associa Community Association Manager Natasha Gubello on its implementation. The fees will be due for all homeowners on January 1, 2026 and sixty (60 Days) will be allotted for payments to. be submitted. The board does not intend to issue any late fee waivers should homeowners not submit payments within the allotted time.
COMMUNITY STANDARDS REVISION 2 APPROVED At the October meeting, the Board of Directors approved Revision 2 of the Community Standards which defines architectural and aesthetic regulations for our community which the board can change from time to time.
GATE ACCESS has been restored to both the Enclave and the Cove as of 9/1/2026. According to Action Security the gate at the Cove was set to be held open daily from 9am-6pm. This incorrect information has been corrected. The Enclave gate had electrical issues and was refurbished by Parish Electric, who provided necessary work after providing a significantly lower bid than Badger Bob at the direction of the board of directors.
