ARC - ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW is a volunteer group of homeowners who review and determine compliance of proposed projects in accordance with community rules and regulations.
There is no fee for this process at this time but the association retains the right to charge a fee if needed to cover costs of processing these applications.
NOTE that the ARC can NOT approve variance requests.
FINE Committee - In accordance with FS 720 prior to administering a fine this committee hears complaints by the HOA of non-compliance and record of enforcement process and statements of the respective homeowners and dermises by majority vote the validity of any such fine.
